King's Express Workout Facility

While on vacation, many people want to forget about working out until they get back home. However, there are a lot of people that like to stay in shape while away. For those of you in the latter portion, if you are staying at one our properties through Cayman Condos, you will have unlimited free access to the King's Express Gym. It's location in the Galleria Plaza on 7 Mile Beach gives is a prime location for all of our properties. It is just a 1/2 mile from Sunset Cove, which means you are only a 2 minute car ride away. If you don't rent a car, you are less than a 15 minute walk or a very cheap cab ride.

Once inside King's Express Gym, you will have everything you need to stay in shape while away. They feature treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights, weight machines, medicine balls, stability balls, and more. They also feature several televisions for your entertainment while working out.

So the next time you visit Grand Cayman and want to work off that dessert from the night before, feel free to pay King's Express a visit.
